Who we are

Jacked Jade is run by Jade Preuss, a CanFitPro-certified personal trainer in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Email sign-ups: the email address you type into a sign-up box, plus which page you signed up from.
• Member accounts: your email address and a password (stored encrypted), so you can log in and reach your plan.
• Membership and payment records: which plan you bought, when it was paid for and when access ends. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider, Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Basic site data: cookies and browser storage used to keep you logged in and remember your cookie choice.

How we use it

To send you the weekly plan you asked for, manage your membership and access, reply to your messages, and keep the site working. We collect this information with your consent, and only for those purposes.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the site: Stripe for payments, and our hosting and email delivery providers. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your details while you are on the list or hold a membership, and for the records we are required to keep for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your email or your account, or to show you what we hold, at any time by emailing jade.preuss@gmail.com. You can also unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage items that the site needs to work: one keeps you logged in, one remembers your cookie-banner choice, and Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout to process payments securely and prevent fraud. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but logging in and checkout may stop working.

Security

Members’ plans and files are only reachable after logging in with an active membership, and access is checked each time. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we only collect what we need.
